All better!

After Saturday’s little adventure, Smokey was covered in an annoying layer of fine Canadian River sand. After work Monday, a nice bath was in order — mostly so I could examine some scratches I was sure I picked up.

Thankfully, the “Texas pinstriping” was very light and shallow (Thank goodness for two relatively fresh coats of wax!), and easily buffed out with a little rubbing compound.

I know, “real Jeepers” don’t care about paint. Well, on my daily driver, I do. That’s what my eventual trail rig will be for. 😊
