If you’re in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, area (or will be) the evening of July 15, make plans to attend the Friday Night Drags and Jeep Parade, hosted by Texas Motor Speedway and Baa Baa Black Jeep. According to the group’s Facebook post, they’re hoping to run about 300 Jeeps on the 1.5-mile track.
The Express lot will open up for Jeepers’ socializing at 5:30 p.m., but the action really starts at 7:30, with a safety meeting at the track. The Jeep parade will lead things off, Then, there’ll be plenty of street-style drag racing to get that adrenaline going. Concessions will be available, but coolers are allowed. The cash-only entry fee is $20 per driver, $10 for passengers 13 and older and $5 for children 12 and younger.
